Case No. 1 Many people have a misconception that this test is must for all age candidates who want to apply for ILR/NATURALIZATION/BRITISH CITIZENSHIP . But my dear friends if any one is under 18 or above 65 , then there is no need to go through this test. Case No. 2 If one has already passed this test then there is no need to pass this test again. For example if one is applying to become a citizen of UK and has already passed this test as part of his/her settlement application, then there is no need to pass the test again while applying for citizenship application.
